ECONOTERM® for a 300 kw Central Heating Boiler


     The unit presented in the photograph is designed to improve the yield of the boilers utilized especially in central heating. It was installed on June 2000 at a Romanian customer.

 

  

 

The unit presented in the photograph has the following features:

        • Heat recovered: 10,148 w (8,727 Kcal/h)
        • Flue gases rate: 450 Nm3/h
        • Inlet flue gases temperature: 160 0C
        • Outlet flue gases temperature: 100 0C (for CH4 fuel)
        • Inlet returned water temperature: 60 … 75 oC
        • Returned water rate: 10,000 … 14,000 kg/h
        • Heat pipes made of copper Ø 25 x 1.5 mm
        • Working fluid: acetone
        • Total length of heat pipe: 490 mm
        • Total number of heat pipes: 85 pieces
        • Weight: 75 kg.
